Hello, my name is Rachel Hawley and I’m a Local artist and photographer located in PLACER COUNTY CALIFORNIA.

FOR THE ARTS, I educate anyone interested in learning the techniques of Fine Art working with ages from PRE-K to Adult Seniors. As well as taking personal commissions from clients. I dabble in many mediums such as Oil, Water, and Acrylic paints along with your dry mediums like Charcoal, Pastels, or plain Graphite. However, I do pick my favorites which would be Oil Paint and Charcoals.

AS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, I capture anything I find beautiful and work with clients to provide their dream photoshoots. This includes, head shot photography, full body shots, couples, friends, group sessions, or family portraits.
